
Accommodation Styles
Our selection of accommodations is designed to appeal to budget travelers and mainstream tourists with an appetite for soft to challenging adventures - all within their budget.
Tent Ground:
Consisting of platform and non-platform tent sites, located near Rico-Creek, a crystal clear watershed. The Tent Ground is an easy alternative for campers. An Outhouse and bush-shower facility is on-site. A grill & campfire deck is also available. You must bring your own tent and camping gear and food items.
Tent Ground is open from June 1. - September 30.
Tent Platform ( max. 2 people) - $15 per night or $100 per week
Hostel:
This 2-story home has a living area and kitchen downstairs, and 2 dorm-style rooms (with beds for 8 people in each room) upstairs. Our custom made woodstove keeps you warm in the coldest winter time. You must provide your own sleeping bag and food items (no linens or blankets provided). We provide: Warm and cold water, Outhouse, Outdoor Shower, BBQ, indoor Cook-stove and kitchen and all utensils.
The Hostel is open from December 1. - March 31. and June 1. - September 30.
Price per person is $25 per night or $150 per week
Bed & Breakfast:
In this handcraft log home we have 1 room for 2 possible guests. There is a wonderful balcony situated on the rivers edge. Our B&B features a homey kitchen and incredible view through our huge living room window. Handcrafted design elements throughout the building. Guests will wake up to the wonderful aroma of our delicious breakfast and fresh brewed coffee each morning. Indoor Shower, use of lodge kitchen. Hot/Cold running water provided, however all sanitary facilities are located out side of the building.
Bed & Breakfast is open December 1. - March 31. and June 1. - September 30.
Price per night is $125 ( up to two people ) or $700 per week
We require full payment with your booking for any of our services. Cancellations with 45 days notice incur a $40 cancellation fee. No Refunds for Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival.
Meals
Hostel and Tent site guests can choose to have a Hearty Breakfast at the lodge for $10 per person. Breakfast is served from 8AM to 10AM each morning.
Lunches are ALWAYS supplied by the guest - we DO NOT provide lunch!
Dinner is a simple one-course Alaskan stew that is available IF you require. We encourage the majority of our guests to prepare their own meals from the fish they may catch and the local wilderness food gathering they may participate in (as well as the food supplies they bring with them). We offer our dinner as a $10 option for those wanting an alternative to cooking for themselves on bad weather days, or when you are just plain too tired to cook. Basics like salt, pepper, flour, etc are always available.
Rental Gear Available
Canoe or Kayak rental from school site is only $30.00 per day or $100 for 5 days (maximum 2 people)
Winter guests, ask about Snow Shoes - Cross Country Skis - and other winter gear!
