Ralf was an excellent and informative guide. My mother & I did several tours during our stay in Fairbanks (23 Dec 10 – 27 Dec 10). We thoroughly recommend the Dog Sledding tour. Even though it was very very cold we had so much fun and Mita was great and let us each have a go at mushing and the dogs were so beautiful. We also had a private tour and Ralf deserved the patience award whilst waiting for us to enjoy our visit to Santa Claus House in North Pole (ie: shopping)and recommending a fabulous place for lunch – The Chowder House. We also did the Arctic Circle Tour – he was very kind to take us on Christmas Day. Unfortunately the Aurora didn’t want to come out that night but the trip was very informative seeing the Pipeline, beautiful scenery and a couple of Moose. Thanks Ralf. We are hoping to come back next year to watch the Chena River break up. We will definately be booking any tours we do with you.

My husband and I were invited by local people who knew Bernie. We stayed on night and the next day Bernie gave us a personal tour. Food was wonderful and the Hot Springs were a delight. Enjoyed the Ice Motel and watching the children ride the horses. This is a GREAT place to get away. Wished we had something closer to WV for us. Keep up the good work!
